The theatrical trailer of ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ has been released and it does pack a punch.
The trailer starts off in a contemporary timeline as we see Nani in the role of an aspiring and struggling filmmaker. He has a romantic relationship with Krithi Shetty.
Then comes the periodic angle as we are introduced to the world of Shyam Singha Roy, a rebel who stands up against the infamous Devadasi system in West Bengal and goes to any extent to stand by his principles. Sai Pallavi plays a Devadasi and she is seen as Shyam’s love interest.
The intensity is carried through the course of the trailer with some riveting background score. The Nani starrer will be hitting the big screens on the 17 December.
