Suriya has an enviable line-up of films for the next couple of years. While the highly anticipated fantasy drama, ‘Kanguva’, is scheduled for an October release, the actor is currently shooting for his 44th movie under Karthik Subbaraj’s direction.
After wrapping up Suriya44, the actor will be joining forces with Vetri Maaran for a period action drama titled ‘Vaadivaasal’.
As per the latest updates, the film, which has been on hold since last year, will finally go on floors in either January or February next year.
Meanwhile, both Suriya and Vetri Maaran will be done with their ongoing projects, Suriya44 and ‘Viduthalai Part 2’, respectively.
Andrea Jeremiah is said to have been roped in as Vaadivaasal’s leading lady. The film is being produced by veteran Tamil producer Kalaipuli S Thanu. GV Prakash Kumar is scoring the soundtrack.
