It was recently said that Karthi has signed a new project with director Muthaiah.
Now the latest buzz is that the makers are in talks with Aparna Balamurali to play the female lead in the movie. Karthi and Muthaiah have earlier teamed up for ‘Komban’ which was a superhit.
It is said that Karthi will wrap up his movie with Muthaiah before commencing the second schedule for ‘Sardar’.
The first schedule of ‘Sardar’ was held in Chennai recently. Karthi plays dual role in the movie. It may be noted that Karthi is also part of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’.
