Shooting for Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ was wrapped up a few months ago. The character posters from the movie was also released recently.
The latest buzz is that Jayam Ravi and Karthi have flown to Mumbai to shoot some patchworks for the film.
‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is one of the most anticipated movies of Kollywood.
The Magnum opus directed by Mani Ratnam has an ensemble of cast including Karthi, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, Chiyaan Vikram and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
The film is based on the novel of the same name, written by Kalki Krishnamoorthy.
Jayam Ravi plays the titular role while Karthi plays the character of Vandhiyadevan. The film is slated to be released in September.
