Simbu faced a big setback by attracting a ban from TFPC. It is now said that the issues between Simbu and the Tamil Film Producers Council came to an end and the ban against the Simbu was also lifted subsequently.
Sources added that producer Ishari K Ganesh has settle Simbu’s debts. With this, Simbu will be getting the required support from the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI). They will extend their support for the shoots of Simbu.
On the work front, Simbu has two projects in hand which are in the shooting stage. He is a part of Gautham Menon’s ‘Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu’ and ‘Corona Kumar’ helmed by Gokul.
He will also start the shooting part of ‘Mufti’ remake, ‘Pathu Thala’.
He had completed the shooting of Venkat Prabhu directorial Maanaadu, touted to be a political thriller.
