Gautham Menon’s ‘Joshua: Imai Pol Kaakha’ is set to release in theatres on March 1. The film stars Varun, who has previously appeared in films like Comali, Bogan, Seeru, in the lead role.
He also appeared in the fifth season of Tamil reality TV show Bigg Boss and sustained for 84 days.
The upcoming film is backed by Varun’s family member, Ishari K Ganesh under the banner Vels Film International.
The film stars Raahei as the female lead while Krishna came on board to essay the antagonist’s role in it.
Actors Yogi Babu, Mansoor Ali Khan, Vichithra and Dhivyadharshini will also be seen in crucial roles in the movie which has Varun playing a hitman.
The film’s plot revolves around the protagonist who takes up the responsibility of saving a girl who is being chased by several gangsters.
