Gautham Vasudev Menon, who dubbed for the antagonist in the just released Jiiva-starrer ‘Seeru’, has rapped for ‘Takkar’, starring Siddharth in the lead. The song will also feature Sid Sriram’s vocals.
Says Gautham, “It’s a lovely song and my portion comes in the middle. It’s a nice breakaway from Sid’s voice. The lines were interesting but it took me some time to work my way around the lyrics.”
Meanwhile, on the direction front, Gautham is busy with ‘Joshua Imai Pol Kaaka’ and ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’. Also, Anushka Shetty has signed her next project with Gautham Vasudev Menon.
To be produced by Vels Films International, the shoot of the film will begin once Gautham completes Varun-starrer ‘Joshua Imai Pol Kaaka’. In a recent interview, Gautham had said that the genre of his film with Anushka is a military-based action thriller.
Anushka Shetty is all set to perform his risk stunts in her upcoming film, which will be made as Telugu-Tamil bilingual. Tamil ‘Bigg Boss’ fame Abhirami Venkatachalam is on the board to play a crucial role in this yet to be titled movie.
