In less than 24 hours from now, the much awaited ‘Darbar’ of superstar Rajinikanth will hit the screens amid celebrations by fans.
Rajini fans have been making elaborate arrangements to celebrate the film’s release including hiring a helicopter to shower flowers on a theatre and their ‘thalaivar’ cut-outs in in Salem.
Meanwhile, Rajini fans have issued a warning to piracy website Tamilrockers, asking it not to leak illegal version of the movie.
They have also assured that even if a high quality print of the film is leaked online, they will make sure to watch the movie in theatres.
A Twitter user called Rajini Siva posted: “TAMILROCKERS & Fake Wikipedia creators – Please stay away from #Darbar . I remember With Petta, someone posted the whole story in wiki – day 1 . Even with all these nonsense, THALAIVAR FANs will still watch it atleast 5-10 times in theaters. MIND IT ! #DarbarUSA #DarbarFDFS.”
Fans from Japan and Malaysia have come to Chennai to watch ‘Darbar’ on its first day of release.
Directed by A R Murugadoss and produced by Lyca, ‘Darbar’ has Nayanthara, Yogi Babu and Nivetha Thomas among others in key roles. Music is by Anirudh Ravichander.
