Dulquer Salmaan’s highly-anticipated period drama-thriller, ‘Kaantha’ , is confirmed for its digital debut after a modest run at the theatrical box office.
The film, which is set in 1950s Madras and was directed by Selvamani Swaraj, will begin streaming on Netflix on December 12, 2025.
The digital release is planned as a multi-language rollout, with the film arriving in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam, and as Shaantha in Kannada.
