The dubbing for Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming flick ‘Amaran’ has been completed.
‘Amaran’ is a biopic of Mukund Varadarajan, a commissioned officer in the Indian Army’s Rajput Regiment.
He was posthumously awarded the Ashok Chakra for his operation with the 44th Rashtriya Rifles battalion.
Actor Sivakarthikeyan will be essaying the main lead in the film, marking the first biopic project in his career.
The film is scheduled to hit big screens on October 31 for the occasion of Diwali.
Directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy, the movie is bankrolled by Kamal Haasan under Raaj Kamal Films International.
The film stars Sai Pallavi as the female lead, along with actors Rahul Bose and Lallu in significant roles.
Their roles have been kept under wraps. Rumours suggest that there is a key cameo by Kamal Haasan. But an official confirmation is awaited.
