At a time when it was said that Kamal Haasan was trying to solve the ‘Indian 2’ issue, director Shankar has said that the project in the delay was due to Lyca Productions and the allergy Kamal Haasan developed due to the make-up.
Shankar submitted his counter-affidavit in the court Tuesday. Shooting of ‘Indian 2’ was stopped after an accident at the shooting spot and did not resume after that.
Following this Shankar had announced a new project (Hindi remake of ‘Anniyan’), however Lyca objected stating that the director should not take up any other movie before completing ‘Indian 2’.
The issue was even taken to the Court where a solution was not arrived at.
