Dhruv Vikram was last seen alongside his father Vikram in the 2022 film ‘Mahan’ directed by Karthik Subbaraj.
The actor is now part of ‘Bison’ directed by Maari Selvaraj. The makers of the movie have now announced that the film will hit the screens on 17 October during the Deepavali festival.
The film will be a sports drama based on kabaddi, and will have actor Anupama Parameswaran as the female lead. It marks the first time Mari Selvaraj will be directing Dhruv Vikram.
Apart from Dhruv and Anupama, the film also stars actors Lal, Pasupathy, Kalaiyarasan, Rajisha Vijayan, Hari Krishnan, Azhagam Perumal and Aruvi Madhan among others.
Applause Entertainment and Pa Ranjith’s Neelam Productions are backing the film.
This marks the second collaboration of Ranjith and Mari Selvaraj after ‘Pariyerum Perumal’.
