Superstar Rajinikanth is on a break due to health reasons and he will return back to work soon.
The shoot of his upcoming film ‘Coolie’ is kept on hold and it will resume next month.
After completing ‘Coolie’ with Lokesh Kanagaraj, Rajinikanth will work with Nelson Dilipkumar in ‘Jailer 2’.
The shoot of the film is expected to commence early next year.
Nelson is giving final touches for the script. After Jailer ending up as a massive hit, there are huge expectations on ‘Jailer 2’.
Top actors Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff and Shiva Rajkumar played extended cameos in ‘Jailer’ and they will reprise their roles in the sequel too.
As per the ongoing buzz, ‘Jailer 2’ is expected to have Dhanush playing an important role.
After working on the script, Nelson narrated the role to Rajinikanth who approved Dhanush for the role, reports said, adding: Nelson will now approach Dhanush for his approval.
Dhanush is busy with a number of projects. Being a huge fan of Rajinikanth, Dhanush may not say no for the role. Sun Pictures will produce ‘Jailer 2’.
