Director A R Murugadoss is gearing up for ‘Sikandar’ release. This is his first Hindi film in the last 17 years.
During a recent interview, Murugadoss revealed an interesting detail about his next film, ‘Madharasi’, which stars Siva Karthikeyan.
“Madharasi is an action film, and it will be along the lines of ‘Ghajini’. It’s more of a love story with a dark side to it. About 22 days of shooting are left, including the final schedule. The filming is expected to resume in mid-April,”stated the director. Rukmini Vasanth plays the female lead, and ‘Madharasi’ is her second Tamil movie.
In an old interview, Murugadoss stated that ‘Madharasi’ will have a unique element linked to the hero’s character. Vidyut Jamwal plays the antagonist.
Anirudh is the music composer. The release date is yet to be locked.
