#75 years of Independent India – Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav – Har Ghar Tiranga# Awakening Series XIV – Respect the Police ForceSpl. Article by Vasan Suri

The Police Force is the law enforcement agency of the Country.

The Police personnel could be at the City, town, state, traffic, Railway, NSG or at the Airports.

Look at the working hours for them. They don’t get any Holidays and are expected to be at duty on an emergency call at any time.

They uphold the law & order and provide security for all of us and as well protect all of us from any anti-social or terrorist attacks.

There are certain weeds in the department which every section of the community have.

Overall, they do an exemplary service for us all to be in peace.

Right from the security of the Ministers, standing guard for VIP’s all through the way, traffic controls, festivities and functions at religious places, they protect us all.

They do not get time to spend with their families and are always in search of loving and caring words.

As a citizen, we all should respect the policemen and talk to them with love and respect and make their jobs easy and comfortable rather than posing a challenge to them.

With kind words and nice behaviour, they will feel one amongst us.

Nurturing a good police force is also a duty of the public. Listening to their advice to be on queue or line, not breaking the traffic rules, cooperating with them while frisking at the airports, will make their job enjoyable.

Don’t treat them as law enforcers. Understand them as supporters for our well being, the positive vibes will spread around for happiness.

Remember the service rendered by them during the pandemic outburst. When we were all safe inside our house, leaving their families they were at their duty for the society and Nation, at large.

Jai Hind! Salute the Police! Bharat Mata ki Jai!
