Vijay Antony is a private detective whom the police department assists in the murder case of Meenakshi Chaudhary, an aspiring model/singer.
How he solves the case with the lady police officer Ritika Singh makes up the core plot of the story.
Directed by Balaji Kumar, the film initially sets up for an interesting and complicated web of suspicion and mystery, which makes the audience wait for the twists and turns upcoming in the world of the investigation.
The director has succeeded in maintaining the interest and suspense of the plot throughout the running time of the movie.
The attempt to show the film in a different kind of world/backdrop has worked out really well. The originality in the plot is what makes the movie stand out from the rest of the detective films.
Vijay Antony is tailor made for the role and has once again played to his strengths.
He has got into the skin of the character and has performed really well, taking the audience along with him through the journey of the detective.
Ritika Singh as a cop is impressive. She delivers what was expected from her and makes her presence felt. Meenakshi Chaudhary gets a meaty role and has delivered what was expected from here.
Rest of the cast including Murali Sharam, John Vijay and Radhika Sarathkumar have all done their part well.
Music by Girishh Gopalakrishnan gels well with the theme of the movie. Sivakumar Vijayan has tried new angles in capturing each and every frame.

Rating: 4/5
