After the success of ‘Asuran’ starring Dhanush in the lead, director Vettrimaran was all set to commence the movie with actor Soori as the protagonist.
The film is said to be based on the life of those who go abroad for work. Most of the shooting was expected to take place in Gulf countries.
However the plan was disrupted due to Covid. With travel restrictions still in place, it is said that director Vettrimaran has made a few changes to the script.
It is now said that the story is set in Sathyamangalam background. Shooting of the film is expected to begin next week in Sathyamangalam.
Vettrimaran will start working on ‘Vaadivasal’ starring Suriya after the completion of this project.
