Vijay Deverakonda’s VD14 titled ‘Ranabaali’, release date revealed

On the occasion of Republic Day, the makers of Vijay Deverakonda’s 14th film officially unveiled its title as ‘Ranabaali’.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, who previously collaborated with Vijay on ‘Taxiwaala’, this historical epic is set in the 19th century and inspired by real events from 1854 to 1878.
A special glimpse was released alongside the title, showcasing a fierce Vijay in a commanding new avatar as a legendary hero emerging from a “cursed land” to fight British colonial brutality.
The film also features Rashmika Mandanna as Jayamma and international actor Arnold Vosloo as the antagonist, Sir Theodore Hector.
‘Ranabaali’ is slated for a grand worldwide release on September 11, 2026, with music composed by the renowned duo Ajay-Atul.
