Netflix has officially announced that ‘Thammudu’, the emotional action drama starring Nithiin in the lead role, will be available for streaming on its platform from August 1.
The film, which had its theatrical release earlier this month on July 4th, will be accessible to a wider audience with its pan-South Indian launch, streaming in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Directed by Sriram Venu and produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations, ‘Thammudu’ delves into the strong emotional bond between a brother and sister, navigating challenges and personal sacrifices.
Despite a lukewarm box office run, the makers are hopeful that the film will find a new lease of life and connect with viewers through its digital premiere.
The film features Nithiin in the lead, alongside Sapthami Gowda, Laya, and Varsha Bollamma in pivotal roles.
Supporting performances include Saurabh Sachdeva, Swasika, Hari Teja, and others.
