Ravi Teja is set to collaborate with director Kishore Tirumala for an upcoming film, tentatively titled ‘Anarkali’, and reports suggest that the talented Ashika Ranganath will be one of the leading ladies in this project.
This highly anticipated film is generating considerable buzz as it marks a fresh pairing and a potential shift for Ravi Teja towards a family-oriented entertainer after a series of mass and action-packed roles.
While an official announcement from the makers, SLV Cinemas, is expected soon, industry insiders and media reports indicate that Ashika Ranganath, who made her Telugu debut with ‘Amigos’ and was recently seen in ‘Naa Saami Ranga’ and the upcoming Chiranjeevi-starrer ‘Vishwambhara’, has been finalized for a significant role.
The film is reportedly planned to have two female leads, with Ketika Sharma also rumored to be in consideration for the other prominent role.
The film is expected to kick off its formal launch and shooting very soon, with a Sankranti 2026 release being eyed.
