Suriya and Mamitha Baiju-starrer ‘Vishwanath and Sons’ is set to make its digital debut soon. Directed by Venky Atluri, the film has been enjoying a strong theatrical run and recently completed 25 days in cinemas.
The makers announced earlier this week that the film has crossed the ₹260 crore mark at the worldwide box office. This makes it Suriya’s second release of 2026 to surpass ₹250 crore globally. His earlier film ‘Karuppu’ reportedly earned more than ₹300 crore.
The film’s OTT release was confirmed by director Venky Atluri on Tuesday. ‘Vishwanath and Sons’ will begin streaming on Netflix from September 11.
The film will be available in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Netflix’s announcement introduces Suriya’s character Sanjay Vishwanath as an athlete, billionaire, philanthropist and devoted father.
With its theatrical run continuing successfully, audiences will soon be able to watch the film from home when it arrives on the streaming platform.
