Sid Sriram is one of the popular playback singers in Kollywood. He made his debut as a singer with the movie ‘Kadal’ directed by Mani Ratnam.
It is now said that the actor is all set to make his acting debut. According to reports, Sid Sriram will be playing the lead role in a new movie to be directed by Mani Ratnam.
It is said that the story of the movie is written by Jayamohan. However, there is no official announcement about this project.
At present Mani Ratnam is working on ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ which has Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha in prominent roles.
