The shooting for Shanmuga Pandian’s upcoming film ‘Kombu Seevi’ has been wrapped up. It may be recalled the young actor, son of late Vijayakanth, had the release of ‘Padaithalaivan’ recently.
‘Kombuseevi’ directed by Ponram is now in its dubbing stage and has now swiftly moved towards its release.
‘Kombu Seevi’ is a rural-based drama and is said to be rooted in real events that occurred in 1996 across regions like Usilampatti, Andipatti, and the Vaigai Dam.
The film’s promotional video (glimpse) was released recently and has gained traction online.
The film features music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and also stars Sarathkumar, Kali Venkat, and Kalki Raja in supporting roles. Produced by Star Cinemas, ‘Kombu Seevi’ is expected to hit the screens in the coming months.
Shanmuga Pandian recently hosted a biryani feast for the crew to celebrate the wrap-up of the shoot.
