The excitement surrounding Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer 2’ (titled Hukum) has reached a fever pitch following a major “slip-up” by veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty.
During a recent interview with a Bengali portal, Mithun, who is part of the sequel’s cast, accidentally mentioned Shah Rukh Khan while listing the ensemble stars he is working with, alongside Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, and Ramya Krishnan.
While director Nelson Dilipkumar and Sun Pictures have remained tight-lipped, this “clue” has essentially confirmed the long-standing rumor of a massive Bollywood-meets-Kollywood crossover.
The film, which sees Rajini return as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian, is eyeing a grand worldwide release on June 12, 2026.
