Sai Abhyankkar begins background score composition for ‘Karuppu’

Music composer Sai Abhyankkar has officially started working on the background score for the upcoming film ‘Karuppu’.

The film, directed by R J Balaji and starring Suriya, marks a significant project for the young composer who gained fame with his viral independent music hits like “Katchi Sera” and “Aasa Kooda.”

While Abhyankkar’s film debut was initially slated to be the film ‘Benz’, the bilingual film ‘Balti’ is scheduled for release first, making it his official debut.

Despite some mixed reactions to the ‘Karuppu’ teaser’s background score, many have defended the composer’s work, stating it is well-suited for the genre.
