Sai Abhyankar talks about working with Allu Arjun on ‘Raaka’
Composer Sai Abhyankkar has shared that presenting music for ‘Raaka’ to Allu Arjun was an intimidating experience due to the actor’s sharp understanding of audience preferences.
According to Sai, every meeting with the star came with the question of whether his compositions would meet expectations. He noted that Allu Arjun closely follows changing musical tastes, particularly among younger audiences, making his feedback highly valuable during the creative process.
Sai also revealed that discussions with director Atlee and Allu Arjun often extend beyond the film’s soundtrack, covering international music trends, evolving genres, and the listening habits of Gen Z audiences. He praised Atlee for his keen musical instincts as well.
‘Raaka’ is being developed as a large-scale science-fiction entertainer featuring fantasy and superhero elements. The film stars Allu Arjun alongside Deepika Padukone, Chemban Vinod Jose, Yogi Babu and Femina George, with music expected to play a major role in the project’s appeal.
