Keerthy Suresh’s crime comedy ‘Revolver Rita’ is officially heading to the digital space after its theatrical run that began in late November.
Netflix has announced that the film will premiere on December 26, 2025, making it a major post-Christmas streaming attraction.
The film follows the story of Rita, a woman from Puducherry who gets entangled in a dangerous gang war after a chaotic incident at a birthday party.
To reach a wider audience, Netflix will stream the film in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam versions simultaneously.
Interestingly, the film features Radhika Sarathkumar in a pivotal role, and despite mixed theatrical reviews, industry insiders expect it to find a much larger “cult” following on OTT due to its quirky, dark humor.
