The second shooting schedule of director Ashwath Marimuthu’s upcoming Superstar Rajinikanth-starrer ‘Dharman’ has been completed, with the makers sharing an update from the sets.
Raaj Kamal Films International, which is producing the film, announced the schedule wrap through its social media platforms along with a short behind-the-scenes video.
The footage offers a glimpse of Rajinikanth portraying a senior doctor. In one sequence, the Superstar is seen addressing a group of junior doctors in what appears to be a medical college setting.
The film’s second schedule began on August 13. The production house had previously teased the new phase of filming with an energetic update focused on Rajinikanth’s character.
Interest in ‘Dharman’ has remained high since the project was announced. The team earlier released a making video detailing the process behind Rajinikanth’s first look.
Director Ashwath Marimuthu also shared a new poster featuring Rajinikanth and responded to fan expectations regarding the actor’s hairstyle and appearance in the film.
Another behind-the-scenes video had shown the creative team working on Rajinikanth’s styling and appearance. It also featured Kamal Haasan alongside the Superstar, offering fans a glimpse of the two veteran actors together during the film’s production.
In ‘Dharman’, Rajinikanth is set to play a doctor who becomes involved in a battle against criminals. The project is being produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International.
The film brings together Rajinikanth and Ashwath Marimuthu, with Anirudh Ravichander handling the music and the action choreography being overseen by Anbariv.
