RJ Balaji has strongly hinted that the teaser for his upcoming film, ‘Karuppu’, starring Suriya, will be released on Suriya’s 50th birthday, which falls on 23 July 23.
While the official title and a striking first-look poster for ‘Karuppu’ were unveiled on RJ Balaji’s birthday (June 20, 2025), fans were eager for the teaser.
RJ Balaji took to social media to thank everyone for their birthday wishes and subtly dropped the hint by saying, “A big party awaits for the big day coming up next month.”
This has been widely interpreted by fans and the media as a confirmation that the ‘Karuppu’ teaser will be a special treat for Suriya’s milestone birthday.
‘Karuppu’ is a highly anticipated film as it reunites Suriya and Trisha after a significant gap.
