Jayam Ravi had recently completed shooting for ‘Jana Gana Mana’ directed by Ahmed of ‘Endrendrum Punnagai’ fame.
Following this the director-actor duo joined hands for another flick.
Shooting for this project was taking place at a brisk pace.
The team has finalised ‘Iraivan’ as the title of the movie.However, an official announcement about the title is also awaited.
The latest buzz is that Harris Jayaraj has been roped in as the music composer of the flick. The composer had previously worked with Ahmed on the romantic drama Endrendrum Punnagai.
It is also said that the makers are planning to release the movie for Deepavali.
Apart from this film, Ravi is also part of Maniratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan and another movie with ‘Bhoologam’ director Kalyan.
