Amazon Prime Video has issued a public “Caution Notice” regarding the digital rights of Mohanlal’s ‘Drishyam 3’.
The streaming giant claims it holds the exclusive global digital rights (including SVOD, TVOD, and AVOD) based on a subsisting agreement with Aashirvad Cinemas.
The notice warns the public and other digital platforms against entering into any unauthorized deals for the film, threatening severe legal action and injunctive relief.
This legal friction comes as the film’s release has been pushed to May 21, 2026, to coincide with Mohanlal’s birthday.
Meanwhile, fans can catch the theatrical re-release of Drishyam 2 starting April 10.
