Yaavarum Vallavare – Review

Culmination of stories

Yaavarum Vallavare

– Review

‘Yaavarum Vallavare’ is the story of four different characters which are intertwined in the climax.

One of the stories involves Samuthirakani, who is a convict released from jail.

There is another chapter involving Ramesh Thilak and Yogi Babu who are on the hunt for a place to shoot for a film. Rajendran and Ilavarasu form another core plot.

Meanwhile, Arunthathi is a teacher who comes to know that her Army officer husband is no more.

How all these stories are connected and what happens in each of the stories forms the crux of the movie.

Directed by Rajendra Chakravarthi, the movie has some really interesting characters. The story telling method of Rajendra is very impressive.

However, the abrupt jumps from one story to another has not worked in favour of the movie.

All the actors in the movie have done their part well. Samuthirakani is very impressive in his role and has given it all.

The pair of Yogi Babu and Ramesh Thilak has worked out well. Arunthathi has done her part well.

Even small characters in the movie get their own moments which are really good to watch.

Music by N R Raghunathan gels well with the theme of the movie. Rest of the technical aspects of the movie are impressive as well.

Rating: 3.3/5
