Laththi

– Review

Vishal is a sincere police constable. For some reason, he gets suspended and rejoins the duty with the help of DIG Prabhu.
One day, Prabhu asks for a favor to beat Ramana, who troubles her daughter. Ramana is the son of the don Sunny PN, who wants to plunge into politics.
Ramana decides to take revenge on Vishal. What happens next and how Vishal dealt with them forms the crux of the story.
The story is simple and one can predict it easily. But, the way the debutant director A Vinoth Kumar runs the show is very engaging.
This kind of role is a cakewalk for the actor Vishal. His performance as a sincere police constable who cares for society and family is impressive.
He delivers his best and solely lifts the film. When it comes to fighting sequences, Vishal needs to be appreciated for his dedication.
Sunainaa gets a decent role and she justifies her character. Lirish Raghav as Vishal’s son is good in the given role.
He performs well in the emotional scenes in the climax. Rest of the cast have done their roles well.
Yuvan Shankar Raja’s BGM is scintillating and makes the action sequences intriguing. Songs by Sam C S are good.
