Superstar Rajinikanth recently concluded his customary spiritual trip to the Himalayas, offering prayers at the revered Badrinath Dham temple before preparing to return to work.
The actor, who was on a week-long spiritual retreat that included a stay at an ashram in Rishikesh and a visit to Karnaprayag, was warmly welcomed by the Sri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee as he sought darshan of Lord Badri Vishwa.
Following his spiritual rejuvenation, Rajinikanth is scheduled to resume the shoot for his highly anticipated film, ‘Jailer 2’.
The movie is a sequel to the 2023 blockbuster Jailer and sees the actor reuniting with director Nelson Dilipkumar.
The project is reportedly progressing well, with sources indicating major new additions to the cast, including Telugu star Nandamuri Balakrishna and versatile actors SJ Suryah and Fahadh Faasil.
