Yash’s ‘Toxic’ postponed to June 4 and here’s why

The makers of Yash’s highly anticipated global project, ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’ , have officially postponed its release. Originally slated for March 19, the film will now hit screens worldwide on June 4, 2026.
The production team cited ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East as the primary reason for the delay. Given that the film was shot in both English and Kannada with a vision for a global launch, the makers explained that the current instability in key international markets would impact their goal of reaching the widest possible audience.
This postponement effectively cancels what was set to be the biggest box office battle of the year between Toxic and Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar 2’ . With Yash’s film moving to June, Dhurandhar 2 is now expected to enjoy a massive solo release on March 19. All promotional activities for Toxic, including the planned trailer launch on March 8, have been temporarily paused.
