The makers of ‘Srinivasa Mangapuram’ have introduced veteran actor Mohan Babu in a powerful new avatar.
The first-look poster reveals him as Venkatappayya Naidu, a character described as a “towering patriarch” who rules his land with iron resolve.
The film serves as the debut vehicle for Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni (Mahesh Babu’s nephew) and Rasha Thadani (Raveena Tandon’s daughter).
Mohan Babu’s salt-and-pepper look and authoritative presence in the poster have already sparked massive buzz.
Directed by Ajay Bhupathi, the film is a rural action drama with music composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
In the poster, Mohan Babu is seen in a traditional white kurta and dhoti, exuding a “calm but dangerous” aura with armed men marching behind him. Director Ajay Bhupathi, known for his raw and hard-hitting style in RX 100, promised that the veteran actor’s performance will be “towering and carved with pride.”
