The latest schedule of ‘Peddi’ starring Ram Charan and directed by Buchi Babu Sana is underway in a massive village set constructed in Hyderabad.
With the current schedule touted as one of the most important phases, the makers are investing significant effort in bringing Buchi Babu Sana’s vision to life.
Ram Charan, who was last seen in S Shankar’s ‘Game Changer’, is undergoing a complete transformation for his role in ‘Peddi’.
The actor will be seen in a rugged rural avatar, sporting long hair, a thick beard, and even a nose ring.
The film stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead and features an ensemble supporting cast that includes Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma.
‘Peddi’ is being mounted on a massive scale under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas by Venkata Satish Kilaru, and is presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.
The film is set for a theatrical release on March 27, 2026, coinciding with Ram Charan’s birthday.
