‘Dragon’ is the title in consideration for this flick. Kannada beauty Rukmini Vasanth is the frontrunner to play the female lead.
The biggie is being bankrolled jointly by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts. Ravi Basrur is roped in to compose the tunes.
