Netflix secures digital rights for ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’

The digital landscape for 2026 has seen a major shakeup as Netflix officially secured the post-theatrical streaming rights for Pawan Kalyan’s high-octane actioner, ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’.
Directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is one of the most anticipated releases of the year, scheduled to hit theaters in April 2026.
The deal, reportedly valued between Rs 80 crore and Rs 100 crore, covers multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Adding to the hype, the film features Sreeleela and Raashi Khanna in lead roles, with a soundtrack by Devi Sri Prasad that has already produced the chart-buster track “Dekhlenge Saala.”
As Pawan Kalyan’s only confirmed release for 2026, the film is expected to serve as a major tentpole for Netflix’s summer lineup following its mandatory theatrical window.
