‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ gets an altered OTT version

Pawan Kalyan’s historical action drama ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video with significant changes from its theatrical release.

The film, which struggled at the box office and received criticism for its visual effects and screenplay, has been fine-tuned for its digital audience.

The original theatrical version concluded with a climactic confrontation between Pawan Kalyan’s and Bobby Deol’s characters during a cyclone.

This entire sequence has been removed from the OTT version. The film now ends after the “Asura Hananam” song, followed by a straightforward announcement for Part 2.

The OTT version has a shorter runtime, with around 15 minutes of footage being cut, primarily from the second half.

Many of the visual effects, particularly those involving horse-riding and arrow-shooting that were heavily criticized in theaters, have been improved or trimmed to provide a more seamless viewing experience.

‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ is available on Prime Video in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
