Kiran Abbavaram’s upcoming film, ‘K-Ramp’, has been certified ‘A’ (Adults Only) by the Censor Board, confirming the mature nature of its content.
The final, “crisp” runtime has been locked at 140 minutes (2 hours and 20 minutes), a fitting duration for the film’s genre.
The Telugu film, directed by debutant Jains Nani and co-starring Yukti Thareja, is scheduled for a major Deepavali release on October 18, 2025.
Despite the lead actor’s previous claims of the film being a “family entertainer,” the ‘A’ certificate suggests a greater presence of youthful, potentially ‘risque’ humor or edgy content, which was hinted at in the film’s initial promos.
The makers, however, insist that the core of the rom-com, which also features actors like Sai Kumar and Vennela Kishore, has strong emotional beats relatable to all audiences.
