Velammal Main School, Mogappair Campus celebrated Vel’s Maha Utsav, 10th year of dance and music confluence in the school premises with great splendor on 29th February, 2020 in the benign presence of Padma Bhushan Smt. Sudha Raghunathan, Carnatic Vocalist, Singer and Composer.
A live musical concert by our honourable chief guest graced the ocassion and she also advised the students to focus on education along with extra curricular activities for holistic development.
The program included live musical concerts by 70 young songsters, followed by fascinating and riveting dance performances by 501 dancing dazzlers.
Asanas by our agile yoga pupils threw light on the necessity of leading a healthy life, through regular exercise.
Varna, the display of exclusive 701 paintings, enthralled the audience.
The Utsav raised excitement, making the day remarkable and encouraging the students to set milestones in their future endeavours.
