Rumours are rife that former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni will be bankrolling a kollywood project in which Vijay will play the lead role.
MSD and Vijay share a good rapport when the actor was the brand ambassador of CSK which was captained by MSD.
It is speculated that either the 68th or 69th movie of Vijay will be produced by MSD.
‘Thalapathy 66’ is directed by Vamshi Paidipally and has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead.
It may be noted that Lokesh Kanagaraj will be directing ‘Thalapathy 67’.
