Vikram has become grandfather. The actor’s daughter Akshita, who entered wedlock with Cavinkare group’s scion Manu Ranjith in 2017, has delivered a baby girl.
“Both the newborn and Akshita are fine. Vikram was so elated to learn the good news. His wife Shyla too was equally happy,” sources said.
Interestingly, Manu Ranjith is the great grandson of former Chief Minister and late DMK president M Karunanidhi. Ranjith’s mother is Karunanidhi’s granddaughter, while his father is FMCG honcho CK Ranganathan.
Meanwhile, it is said that Vikram’s son Dhruv Vikram was excited to know tha the has become uncle. On the work front, both Vikram and Dhruv are set to act together in a film to be directed by Karthik Subbarj.
