Udhayanidhi not to quit acting after ‘Maamannan’ ?

After remaking the Bollywood hit ‘Article 15’ as Nenjukku Needhi, Arunraja Kamaraj is reportedly developing a script for Superstar Rajinikanth, which could be the latter’s 170th film.
However, with Rajinikanth’s 169th film, ‘Jailer’, to be directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, yet to go on floors, it is said that Arunraja will team up for one more film with Udhayanidhi Stalin.
Udhay confirmed the same during the success meet of ‘Nenjukku Needhi’.
Speaking at the event, Udhay said, “it was an amazing experience working with Arunraja Kamaraj. Initially, it was difficult to work in this film, later Arun exerted immense effort into this flick, which became the sole reason for the success. Both myself and Arunraja are teaming up again for yet another movie.”
It may be noted that Udhay is part of ‘Maamannan’ directed by Maari Selvaraj.
There were rumours that Udhay might quit acting after ‘Maamannan’ and concentrate in politics. With this announcement, that rumour has been silenced.
