Director SS Rajamouli gave a glowing review of ‘Tourist Family’ on his social media pages and called it the ‘best cinematic experience’ of this year.
“Saw a wonderful, wonderful film Tourist Family. Heartwarming and packed with rib-tickling humor. And kept me intrigued from beginning till end. Great writing and direction by Abishan Jeevinth. Thank you for the best cinematic experience in recent years. Don’t miss it,” Rajamouli posted on his instagram story.
Director Abishan Jeevinth was over the moon to see one of the greatest filmmakers praise his film.

Starring Sasikumar and Simran in the lead roles, ‘Tourist Family’ follows a Sri Lankan family of four who illegally enter Tamil Nadu in search of a better life after the impact of Covid-19.
