Shalini Pandey to play Dhanush’s sister in ‘Idli Kadai’?

Actress Shalini Pandey, known for her breakout role in ‘Arjun Reddy’, is reportedly set to play a pivotal character in Dhanush’s upcoming directorial, ‘Idli Kadai’.

According to recent reports, she will portray the sister of Dhanush’s character and the wife of Arun Vijay’s antagonist in the rural drama.

This film marks Shalini Pandey’s return to Tamil cinema after a brief hiatus.

The movie, which also stars Nithya Menen as the female lead and has music by G.V. Prakash Kumar, is slated for a theatrical release on October 1, 2025.
