Actor Ravi Mohan has successfully wrapped up the shooting for his highly anticipated political thriller, Karathey Babu.
Directed by Ganesh K Babu (Dada fame), the film’s principal photography was officially concluded on February 5, 2026.
The film features Ravi Mohan in the role of an MLA and is touted to be a realistic exploration of the personal and political life of a representative.
Produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment, the project is now entering an intensive post-production phase. The makers have confirmed a Summer 2026 release, positioning it as one of the major theatrical events of the coming year.
