A casual dinner in Chennai has turned into a memorable friendship moment for badminton star PV Sindhu and her husband Venkata Datta Sai, who recently spent time with actor Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan.
Sindhu shared a series of pictures from the gathering on social media, giving followers a glimpse of the relaxed evening. She described the get-together as a combination of delicious food, candid conversations and laughter.
Reflecting on the meeting, Sindhu said that although they arrived as friends, they left with a feeling that they had known each other for much longer. She also noted that Chennai already holds a special place in her life because of her family connection to the city.
The evening appears to have strengthened that bond further. Sindhu wrote that she now felt she had a little more family waiting for her in Chennai, while praising Nayanthara and Vignesh as a couple who are ‘all heart’.
Nayanthara responded warmly to Sindhu’s post, expressing her love for the couple. Vignesh too replied affectionately, assuring Sindhu and her husband that they would always have plenty of love from them.
Meanwhile, Nayanthara continues to have a busy film lineup. Her recent appearances include ‘Hi’ in Tamil and ‘Toxic’ in Kannada. She is also associated with upcoming projects such as ‘Dear Students’, ‘NBK 111’, ‘Mannangatti Since 1960’, ‘Patriot’, ‘Mookuthi Amman 2’ and ‘Rakkayie’.
Vignesh Shivan recently produced ‘Hi’ and also worked as a lyricist for songs in the Tamil version of ‘Toxic’. He has not yet revealed details of his next directorial venture.
