The mythological animated film ‘Mahavatar Narsimha’ has achieved a monumental milestone, crossing the Rs 300 crore mark in worldwide box office collections.
The film, which was made on a modest budget of Rs 40 crore, has become a blockbuster phenomenon, defying all expectations.
Released on July 25, 2025, the film has enjoyed an exceptional run at the box office, continuing its success story well into its sixth week.
As of the end of its 35th day, ‘Mahavatar Narsimha’ had already collected a staggering Rs 238.25 crore net in India, with a gross collection of Rs 282.50 crore.
Its international performance has also been strong, contributing to a total worldwide gross of nearly Rs 310 crore.
This massive success makes ‘Mahavatar Narsimha’ the highest-grossing Indian animated film of all time, surpassing previous records held by films like Rajinikanth’s ‘Kochadaiiyaan’.
